We Are All Ambassadors

Ambassadors provide a different perspective to a country, a brand, or whatever they are representing. They do so because they are not limited by borders, political parties, or perspectives. Ambassadors put their personal touch to their work and make it more emotional, authentic, and genuine.

As Haitians living abroad, we are Haiti's ambassadors whether we want to admit it or not. Being ambassadors means being proud to represent our country wherever we go. As representatives of our country, we have a major role to play in the relationship between our country and the rest of the world. Let us keep that in mind.

As ambassadors, we have been given the honor and privilege to represent Haiti. As such, we have a duty to uphold the values and beliefs of our homeland. The current situation may not be optimal back home but that should not be used as an excuse for us to forget our duty. We must play our part and be the light in these trying times.
